  • Can you help me find land?
    We are often contacted by clients that have a need for a building, a requirement for what it will be used for, but are unsure of the best location for locating the actual building. The choice for your location is influenced by available land, access to the road network and available workforce; we are experienced in working with clients to help them find the right location.
  • Can you help me with estimating the cost?
    We have in-house quantity surveying services to ensure that we are able to estimate and keep tight control of costs. This means your project will not only be completed on time, but as importantly, on budget.
  • Do you have in-house designers?
    We do some design work in house; however we have found that by working with specific and experienced designers depending on the project we are able to create buildings that meet your requirements and needs more effectively. We have close connections and great working relationships with many of the leading Architects and industrial building engineers across New Zealand.
  • Can you also work with my Architect?
    Yes, we certainly can. We respect the relationship and trust you have built with other professionals you have worked with on your project. The chances are we will have already worked with them on another project in the past so we will be able to work closely once more with them.
  • Do you offer project management?
    Yes, we do offer a full project management service. Our experience allows us to take your concepts and ideas and work with you right through until we hand you the keys on your finished project.
  • Can you guarantee our deadline?
    Success is about effective planning. Again, through discussion and planning we work with you to establish an achievable time scale. This means that everyone involved knows what is expected of them within the project.
  • What happens if we change our plans?
    Over the years we have learned that projects can often change mid flow. The reasons are many and varied and by effective communication we try to accommodate changes, extras and additions to a project.
  • After completion, what warranties do you offer?
    We stand by our work and offer a Master Builder’s warranty, subject to negotiations and the nature of the project.
  • Are you members of Master Builders?
    We are proud of our professionalism. For this we are a proud and active member of the Waikato Branch of Master Builders. We believe in enhancing the standards within our industry by being members of master Builders.
  • Who do I call if I have issues?
    When we take on a project various members of our team take on roles and help coordinate the process. We will discuss with you the 'chain of command' which allows you to know with whom you need to speak about each aspect of the project.
  • Do you have a Health and Safety System?
    Health and Safety is one of the core foundations of our business. We want all our staff, contractors and site visitors to go home at the end of the day, unhurt and happy. No building is worth risking your life for. We expect anyone whom we conduct work for to be equally committed to this as well.
  • Do you insure projects?
    If required we can arrange construction insurance, but we find that most customers arrange this themselves. We do have an exemplary Health and Safety record.
